Unitech Corporate Parks Plc ("UCP") was incorporated in the Isle
of Man on 6th September 2006, with the initial business strategy
of making investment(s), in Indian commercial real estate, that
is being developed specifically for the high growth IT (Information
Technology) and ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) sectors.
UCP raised an amount of approximately GB £ 360 Million by issuing
and placing its Ordinary Shares at AIM of London Stock Exchange
Plc., on 20th December 2006
